Having grown up in the wine industry, worked harvests here and abroad, and studied wine intently, my interest lies behind the scenes, in the vineyards and cellars of wine country. The personalities, passions, and practices of the people behind the wine are often as interesting as the wine itself. It gives us a valuable perspective from which to approach the wine.
