Many teens in Sonoma County were nominarted for the Press Democrats Youth Community Service Awards. Many Healdsburg High students were nominated and involved on this night with only ten chosen to receive a thousand dollar check for their efforts. This month Ursuline and Cardinal Newman High Schools took part in the Every 15 Minutes program. A drinking and driving experience that allows the school to experience a drinking and driving fatality without it actually happening. This is the video of the event and the following aftermath.

This is a recent story of a project on HHS campus called The Black Box Theater. It is a small theater used for personal theatrics and performing arts. It will replace the old wood shop from last year and be expanded into something much more usable and a lot bigger.
